Remote Sensing publishes research on the science and applications of remote sensing technologies for observing the Earth, the atmosphere, the oceans, and planetary surfaces. The journal focuses on sensor development, retrieval algorithms, calibration and validation, and the use of satellite, airborne, and ground-based platforms for environmental monitoring, land cover analysis, and atmospheric studies.
