Scope
Emerging Contaminants publishes research on the occurrence, fate, behavior, and effects of newly recognized environmental pollutants in air, water, soil, and biota. The journal focuses on pharmaceuticals, personal care products, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, microplastics, endocrine disruptors, and other emerging chemical and biological contaminants, including their toxicology, analytical detection, treatment technologies, and human and ecological health implications.
